My name is Annelouk Pfennings. As Talent Development Manager I am responsible for the Pon Traineeship. People have always been my first and foremost interest. Some of the questions I always make a point of asking are; why do people do what they do, what are their strengths, what do they need to be successful in their role? How can we help them to be successful? During the traineeship I talk with trainees about their personal development, projects, the choices they must make, and I help them get around in the organization. Also after the trainees have finished the program I stay in touch with them about their career path and personal development. We organize a lot of training during the trainee program, but we also offer specific training after the program. I think it is important to continually develop and challenge yourself in your daily work as well as through additional training and coaching.
